Welcome to Lee & Co. (hereafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, byleeandcompany.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Site.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to use our Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with another party’s use or enjoyment.

2. Service Inquiries and Communication

When contacting Lee & Co. for creative services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

All communication, project details, and materials shared during the inquiry or project process are considered confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing creative services.

3. Project Scope and Revisions

All projects are quoted and agreed upon before work begins. Any revisions, adjustments, or add-ons beyond the agreed scope may result in additional fees.

Design concepts, proofs, or creative materials provided prior to final approval remain the property of Lee & Co. until full payment is received.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

A deposit or full payment may be required before project initiation. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the agreed amount.

All payments are final unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to designs, photographs, logos, and written materials, is the property of Lee & Co. or its respective content creators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Clients receive limited rights to use final deliverables as outlined in their project agreement. Unused concepts, proofs, or designs remain the property of Lee & Co. and may not be reused, copied, or altered without written permission.

6. Portfolio Use

Lee & Co. retains the right to showcase completed work, including designs, photography, and other creative materials, in its portfolio, on the website, and across social platforms, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

This Site also includes select work created by Lauralee Crum during prior in-house and contracted positions. Such materials are displayed solely for the purpose of demonstrating professional capabilities and do not imply ownership or endorsement by the original employer or client.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for timely communication, providing accurate materials, and meeting scheduled deadlines that impact project completion.

For website design services, clients are responsible for maintaining and paying for their own domain and hosting subscriptions independently. Set-up assistance can be provided upon request, but these costs are not included in Lee & Co.’s pricing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lee & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site or services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lee & Co., its owner, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Site, services, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

Lee & Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
